Searching Hi and Lo...

This website took a big first step today. I was looking at my webstats and noticed that AltaVista had added brianluvera.com to their search engine! Of course being the dumb ass that I am, I didn't write any descriptions or keywords in my source code, so when my site comes up all you see is my name and URL. Nonetheless, I'm psyched because I had my other websites for months and months and never was added to one of those elitist search engines. So now if anyone does a search on my name, my website goes straight to the top (on AltaVista at least). Damn I get excited over the most nerdy ass stuff!

I can pick 'em...

• I decided that this website is missing a vital component. I broke the first rule of websites and had nothing to draw visitors back. Well hopefully that is all about to change. My newest revelation has me making my "Current Picks" in a little diddy I like to call, "Brian's Current Picks." So basically if I encounter a movie, tv show, sporting event, song/artist/album, work of art, restaurant, vacation spot, website, my favorite color, or Sesame Street character that I think is the bomb (or sucks ass), it will be my obligation to share my thoughts on the matter. It's all fair game as far as I'm concerned. So be on the lookout for my newest picks, I'm hoping to average at least one a week. I'll also archive my old picks in case you missed them and want to check them out after the fact. I don't know why one wouldn't come here everyday, but I guess some people can't see greatness, like this website, when it hits them in the face (I kid of course) Also if you, one of the dozen or so people that might read this, have a pick you want me to review, I'm all ears. And if you want to write your own pick, get your own goddamn website.

Lots of News...

• So this website has changed a lot since I first started revamping it a few months ago. Not that I did a whole lot. I just forked over some cash to a webhosting service and got all these cool new features. In case you hadn't noticed there are now bulletin boards, a chat room, e-mail address @brianluvera.com, and no more annoying ass pop ads!!! Why do I even have this new site...I don't know. I guess it's just fun and gives me something to do during my long and boring days. I'm sure there can't be more than 10 people that even come here. So if you are one of those 10 reading this, thanks for hitting me up. Bigger and better stuff are hopefully soon to come.
